About Me
Professional
I’m an Instructional Designer with a genuine love of learning and a deep curiosity about how people absorb and apply new information. I thrive on creating engaging, purposeful training experiences that elevate learners’ knowledge and confidence—whether through interactive eLearning, instructor-led sessions, or performance support tools. My goal is always to design solutions that not only inform but also inspire growth and understanding.
Collaboration is at the heart of my process. I enjoy partnering with Subject Matter Experts to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful learning experiences. I value open communication, thoughtful feedback, and continuous improvement—both in my work and as part of a creative team. For me, every project is an opportunity to learn, refine, and help others achieve their best.
Personal
I’m an Air Force Veteran who spent 20 years working as an EMT, where I built a deep understanding of the medical field and a passion for teaching others. Throughout my career, I loved helping people gain confidence in their skills—especially in high-stakes situations where strong training makes all the difference. That experience naturally led me to instructional design, where I get to combine my love of learning with creating meaningful training that helps others grow.
Outside of work, I’m an avid traveler who has explored 47 states and 8 countries, a dedicated golfer, and a long-time bowler who recently achieved the first of two perfect games after 15 years of mastering the sport. Whether on the road, the green, or the lanes, these experiences reflect my commitment to growth, persistence, and learning through experience, values I bring to every project as an Instructional Designer.
